Your post is interesting, it looks like Harmony Assistant could act as a possible "transit" platform between file formats. It also includes over 25 other formats that it can import. It even names it in it's Import list as "Finale. Plus, I love how multi-compatable it is with other programs. But I always have NotePad if I desperately need to play them back in better quality. Your Harmony Assistant suggestion was gold! I just purchased my copy, since I can actually afford that!
